Common questions

How is a life path number calculated?

Every digit of your birth date is added together and reduced to a single digit — except 11, 22 and 33, which are master numbers and are kept as they are.

What are master numbers?

11, 22 and 33 are not reduced further. The tradition treats them as carrying the qualities of the reduced number at a higher intensity, and as harder to live with.

Will I get the same number every time?

Yes. The calculation is arithmetic on your birth date, so the number never changes. Only the personal year moves, because it depends on the current year.
