How a tarot reading works here

You choose a spread and then draw the cards yourself. Nothing is picked in advance, seeded by the date, or shared with everyone visiting that day. Each card you draw is read from the standard Rider-Waite meanings: what it says upright, what changes when it falls reversed, and what it means in the position it landed in.

Where this comes from

How it works

  1. Choose a spread and hold your question in mind.
  2. Draw your own cards, in the moment you ask.
  3. Read each card in turn, then what the cards say together.

Common questions

Is the tarot reading free?

One single-card draw is free every day. Three-card, five-card and Celtic Cross spreads use credits, and a new account starts with 40 credits — enough to try a larger spread.

Do you choose the cards for me?

No. You draw them yourself in your browser at the moment you ask. The card is not decided by the date, by your account, or by anything set in advance — that would not be a draw.

What does a reversed card mean?

A reversed card is not simply the bad version. It usually points to the same theme turned inward, blocked, or pushed too far. Each of the 78 cards carries its own separate reversed meaning.

Which spread should I pick?

One card for a read on today. Three cards for past, present and future, or situation, action and outcome. Five cards or the Celtic Cross when the question has several moving parts.
